Dr. Emily Wong is a general dentist focused on delivering thoughtful, patient-centered care for individuals and families. She completed her Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree at the University of British Columbia, after earning her Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from the same institution.
Her clinical training spans a wide range of general dentistry services including restorative treatments, extractions, root canal therapy, and oral cancer screening. She has also been involved in community outreach initiatives, supporting oral health education and providing care in both English and Mandarin.
Before dentistry, Dr. Wong worked as a licensed pharmacist in British Columbia, giving her a strong foundation in medications and overall health that supports a well-rounded approach to treatment.
Dr. Wong values clear communication, patient comfort, and building long-term trust through careful, individualized care. She is excited to begin practicing in Fort St. John and to become part of the local community.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, caring for her dog, and exploring the outdoors. She looks forward to building lasting relationships with the community she serves.
